No customs, no import paperwork
Because the arrangement is made and delivered inside Germany, there is no import declaration, no phytosanitary certificate and no customs delay to plan around.
This matters more than it sounds. Fresh flowers are a restricted category in most countries, and a bouquet posted across a border can be held or destroyed without compensation. Nothing we send crosses a border.
Your bank may apply its own conversion on top of the charge. That is between you and your card issuer — we never add a margin to it ourselves.
If a delivery address falls outside the cities listed, message us first and we will confirm whether we can deliver there before you pay.

Yes, free of charge. The florist writes your message out by hand, exactly as you type it, in any language.
What if the flowers arrive damaged or wilted?

Will the bouquet look exactly like the picture?
Very close. If a stem is unavailable on the day, the florist substitutes one of equal or greater value in the same colours, and never replaces the flower you chose the arrangement for.
