Delivery
How and when your flowers arrive
Every order is made and hand-delivered by a florist in the recipient's own city. Nothing is boxed, posted or couriered across a border.

Who actually delivers the flowers?
A florist near the delivery address. When you order, we confirm the details with you on WhatsApp and arrange the order with an independent florist in the recipient’s own city, who buys the stems, makes the arrangement by hand and delivers it in person.
The alternative model — picking flowers in a warehouse, packing them into a box and putting them in the post — is cheaper to run and produces a bouquet that arrives closed, bruised and in need of a vase. We do not do it, in any country, for any order.

The delivery fee is charged once per delivery address, not per bouquet — two arrangements to the same house travel together. Cut-offs are in the recipient’s local time.
How does Priority same-day delivery work?
Choose today as the delivery date before the cut-off shown above, in the recipient’s timezone rather than yours. That distinction catches people out on cross-border orders: 9am in London is already mid-afternoon in Colombo. The Priority price is added to your basket as its own line, so you see it before you order.
How do I pay, and how do I recognise your payment link?
Nothing is charged on this website. After you place your order we confirm the details with you on WhatsApp and send a secure payment link for the exact total, in the delivery country’s currency.
A genuine payment link from us:
- is sent only in the WhatsApp conversation started from the number on our contact page;
- shows your PK- order reference and the exact total you saw at checkout;
- opens a secure card-payment page hosted by our payment provider.
We never ask for card details in the chat. If a link’s amount or currency does not match your order, do not pay it — message us and we will check.
Can I choose a delivery time?
No, and we would rather say so plainly than sell a slot we cannot hold. Deliveries happen across the working day. What you can choose is the date, from the delivery days listed for that country.
What happens if nobody is home?
The florist uses their judgement, the same way they would for a local customer. Where local practice allows it they leave the flowers with a neighbour or in a sheltered safe place and leave a card. Where it does not — an apartment block, an unsafe street, a hot afternoon — they keep the flowers in water and we arrange a second attempt.
The second attempt is free. If the recipient cannot be reached within 48 hours we contact you before doing anything else.
What if I get the address slightly wrong?
Tell us as soon as you notice, in the same WhatsApp conversation. Until the order is out for delivery, an address can usually be corrected at no cost.
Adding the recipient’s phone number at checkout is the single most useful thing you can do. It is used only if the delivery cannot be completed, never for marketing.
If the delivery goes wrong
Tell us and we will fix it. Our refunds and complaints policy sets out what that means in practice. If the arrangement differs from what you expected, read the substitutions policy first — some variation is deliberate, and we would rather explain it than pretend it does not happen.
Something here unclear or unfair? Tell us — these pages get rewritten when they cause confusion.
