How do I send flowers to another country?
Choose an arrangement, pick the delivery city and date, add your card message and check out. We confirm the order with you on WhatsApp, send a secure payment link, and arrange it with an independent florist in another country, who makes it by hand and delivers it in person.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes, free of charge. The florist writes your message out by hand, exactly as you type it, in any language.
What if the flowers arrive damaged or wilted?
Tell us with a photo and we will have them remade or refund you. That is our freshness guarantee — see Refunds & complaints for the details.
Will the bouquet look exactly like the picture?
Very close. If a stem is unavailable on the day, the florist substitutes one of equal or greater value in the same colours, and never replaces the flower you chose the arrangement for.
