How the delivery works
We arrange every order with an independent florist near the delivery address, who makes it by hand and delivers it in person. Nothing is boxed and posted.
We confirm every order with you before it is made, so if a flower is short on the day you hear about it from us first.
The same-day cut-off is the latest time an order can still be arranged, made and delivered that day. The clock that matters is the one where the recipient is, so if you are ordering from another country, check the local time there before assuming same-day is still open.
Card messages are transcribed by hand exactly as you type them, including alphabets other than the one this page is written in.

Yes, with Priority delivery (CA$19.99). Order before 12pm local time on a delivery day and choose today as the delivery date.

Very close. If a stem is unavailable on the day, the florist substitutes one of equal or greater value in the same colours, and never replaces the flower you chose the arrangement for.
